PARALLEL UNIVERSE (Left Side) Painting

I am a painter based in Cleveland, Ohio. I made a living as a Creative Director for many years and finally, I am able to pursue my passion for painting full-time. My style is constantly evolving as I experiment with new techniques and mediums such as oil, acrylic, and watercolor to produce richly colorful pieces that are thought-provoking. Stretching into different ways of working helps me to grow and each style feeds the next. I am inspired by nature and abstract art; depending on the day, I am continually trying to balance the two. My work process is one of constant change but there is always an element of experimentation and risk-taking that inevitably leads to creating many layers. I build layers of color, form, and image on the canvas but I am mindful to reveal hints of the underlying pentimento. Without trying, a bohemian theme always seems to run alongside all of my work. I always try to elicit an uplifting response and because of this, my art is often commissioned through interior designers for both private and public spaces. I sincerely hope that my creations bring joy and inspiration to all those who behold them.
