About The Artwork
This is one of the large Party paintings I did this year. It features Hockney’s “Portrait of an Artist” from 1972, a deep personal story about a broken heart, later to become the most expensive painting by living artist ever sold, when being sold for more than 90USD at Christie's auction. A group of some random party people seemed like a perfect match, to compliment such an extraordinary event.
