I am Ukrainian artist. Now I live in Germany because of war. For me, painting is an extension of myself. Creating artworks is like breathing in fresh air. Capturing nuances, immortalizing moments, conveying unique emotions, and infusing life into the canvas are what I aspire to achieve. Each of my paintings is distinctive and special, much like every moment we experience. Painting brings me happiness, and I find purpose in it. I feel like a creator when I channel the beauty of the external world through me and reflect my impressions on a blank canvas, crafting something new. I enjoy painting flowers, landscapes, and portraits. Whether working outdoors or in the studio, I discover beauty in simple forms, playing with light and shadow to reveal their true essence, which I want to share with the viewer. Engaging with nature on location captures numerous shades that, when reflected in the painting, bring it to life. I prefer working with traditional materials, using oil paints and brushes. By incorporating the energy of my fingers into each stroke and mark, and utilizing the texture of the oil, I express myself artistically. I approach my work without expecting a finished painting, relishing the process where I entrust myself to chance and intuition. I love the unpredictable outcome of my creativity, which is always enchanting.
