This is a photorealism painting done in acrylic on wood panel. The hood / bonnet emblem/ornament in on the front of a Pontiac Chieftan (1949-1954). Ornament, from a bygone era, is one of the most striking ever produced. It came in many guises - this one is fully chrome.
