Red is the color of strength and danger, but also of beauty. Poppies are attracted by their bright color, but at the same time they are a rather dangerous plant. In my work, I tried to reflect this dual power of a beautiful flower. And watercolor helped me create the effect of ephemerality, haze, airiness.

My name is Elizabeth Zabelina. I am an artist from Moscow. I write in oil and watercolor. And also I create hand prints for clothes, using linocut. Usually, I draw inspiration from nature. Often I go to open air and paint landscapes of my native places. Forest, lake, field, flowers. I also create paintings of abstraction, especially for the interior.
