About The Artwork
'Prana' in Sanskrit means, 'vital-force' or 'energy'. Prana has many levels of meaning, from the physical breath to the energy of consciousness itself. Prana is not only the basic life-force, it is the original creative power. It is the master form of all energy working at every level of our being. I called this painting 'Prana' and within this painting I have hidden 6 words that are close to my heart: Happiness, Love, Peace, Calm, Passion & Grateful. We are all made up of energy and so is everything that surrounds us. When we express positive energies, we receive the same in return. I hope to evoke a feeling of peace and grounded-ness. I have used modelling paste to create a variety of earthy textures as well as to bring the words to life. The painting has been painted with acrylic paints included metallic golds using sponges. This paintings comes with a Certificate of Authenticity along with some damage-free hanging strips.
