Praying for 8 (Part of the series "Praying women") Painting

Sam Bruger was inspired to paint by the legend of an abstract expressionism, Jackson Pollock. Working in investment bank, Sam had realized that the painting and an art itself is his life passion. He immediately quitted his job and started to create his personal world on canvas. This series of paintings refer to women, praying for happiness and success of their heroes, i.e. children, husbands or parents, who are going to join the world of business and who are going to be a part of a big system. The work has been shortlisted for the Khojaly Peace Prize 2016 and exhibited in Westminster, London.
