Purple Peony Painting

I am a painter and photographer born in Lewiston, N.Y. and I reside in Lawton, OK. While painting, I use different mediums to capture my subjects and I depict abstracted flora and expressionistic landscapes. However, when photographing, I depict representational landscapes. Alcohol-ink, fluid acrylic, and oil paint are among my materials of choice. I fell in love with art ever since I was in Mrs. Chadwick's fourth grade class. My passion for the art includes painting a mural for a local establishment and creating artwork for various clientele. I love and enjoy art because it's in my blood and I fondly remember watching my mother paint when I was a young child. It was always calming and neat to watch how a painting can transform from start to finish.
