About The Artwork
Here i was playing with the discrepancy between ornamental semi-abstraction and a feeling of space. Actually, there are two blue vases here, the first one is a big flat ornamental one, and the second one is a small blue standing on a blue tray. And, anyway, in the centre there a white spot that destroys the color field and the whole image. So, perhaps, there are neither vases no flowers here but just an abtract system of lines and colors.

I couldn't find reason to write an artist statement. If the image doesn't speak for itself, an artist may as well stay silent)) I just can't think of anybody buying a piece of paper with some lines and spots on it (my typical style) because of the diploma or a number of exhibition someone had. Words can be dangerous friends when we are talking (yes, we are talking, people just can't stop thinking in words) about visual arts.
