Red & White Cotton - Rhythms © all rights reserved by Marijke Gussenhoven My inspiration for the "Cotton Bolls" started with an old fashioned tablemat - woven metal - the rhythm and the repeating motive intriqued me. first I started to make mono screenprints, later the images evolved in the cotton series in acrylic on paper.
