About The Artwork
• The stock market inspired me to do this painting but these fish are not actually, herrings. One could say, " A red herring is a well-informed person to a person's; lifestyle, work interests, desires, expense account, budget and goals but it does not include key details of those incidentals such as; what colors, how much, how many and the number? " The term "red herring" is derived from the oh' brother... oldest to the red tape on a cover page like a black line, white collar. The red tape on a cover page painting is in process. Painting an impressionist style to contemporary wavy lines, are you impressed? The Outhouse represents a confessional with a screen like window for airing one's laundry, and confession is not repentance, change to blessings to consequences or curses in life? The building in the background furnished with a tree has no leaves any time of the year which signifies truth, time to change. Extending from the buildings on a higher platform is the church bearing a bell representing a labor of love. Seven Fish flying overhead represents families, people, bell ringer tattle tales, the favorite colors and/or numbers of humanity, clouds of fish, monetary exchange rates and on and on it goes, because forgiving never ends. The fish tales and long - winded stories make for happy fish either way, "What's cooking" to real estate residences, and fine art auctions, National and International auction houses to Galleries and Museums around the world. The building to the church on the right to the outhouse on the left to the fish to the fishes to the fish's to a tombstone to the tree has so many triangular, crisscross shapes catching one's eye within this painting.
