ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting is an underwater view of the kelp swaying in the water along the rocky shore of my home state Tasmania. I love diving amongst the different seaweeds, they are so beautiful underwater as they move and catch the filtered sunlight. Watching the kelp can be mesmerizing. This artwork is part of my 'Elements' series depicting underwater scenes in a wide variety of locations, giving the viewer a chance to 'look beaneath the surface'.
