You guys must be wondering as to why I’ve given 3 titles to this artwork. Honestly I couldn’t decide which title would suit best.. Hence I gave all three names .. When I started the painting, I had Resurrection Of Christ in mind .. After I finished with one set of hands, I started seeing Hindu Gods in Christ .. The Hindu Gods with multiple hands... hence I followed my instinct and went ahead to add more hands to Christ ! Once this was done .. I saw Christ flying as His multiple hands looked like His wings ! Also accidentally I made Christ small .. later wondered if I should increase the length of His legs. However, long time back I read somewhere that Jesus was about 5 feet tall.. So I decided to leave as it is ! There’s definitely Divine intervention in this painting ! Single stroke acrylic dripping directly onto the fabric. No rough sketch !
