Nata Shemshur is an American - Ukrainian contemporary artist and designer with artistic pedagogical education. Artist name is Natalia Ignatenko (pseudonym Nata Shemshur). She was born in 1966 in Odesa, Ukraine. In 2016, Nata moved to the USA, where she has lived since then. In her works, she combines classical and contemporary art. From the image of people, nature with their depth to the transfer of the abstract and expressive. Her work also focuses on current social issues. Multi-disciplinary artist, whose name is officially entered in the art market Artprice (France). Inspired by the classics of Michelangelo, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso artist Nata Shemshur tries to make conceptual contributions to contemporary art. Artist statement: The main goal is to convey an emotional and semantic message. Her work is not only visually attractive but also gives an impetus to philosophize. All the artist's works have several semantic levels. They unite in themselves today's worldview of the artist and appeal to something historical that unites us all. They convey both the deep inner world of the image and the abstractness of the expressiveness and musicality of painting. Before becoming an artist, she worked for over 10 years in education, teaching at university, interior design, restorer, marketing, business development.
