About The Artwork
This was done in a very loose style - absolutley no brush was used. The ink was allowed to flow on wet paper and based on what form it settled in, I went with that. The trees were done using toothpick and I finished it with pastel and white gel pen. It has been sprayed with archival spray and is not framed. The original is on 300 gsm Fabiano cold pressed paper. I wanted to communicate the feeling of quiet calm , coolness and anticipation that sunrise brings.
