The work is created in an unusual for oil colors way reminding of watercolors. This is done on purpose. The author uses such technique to draw your attention to subtle, ethereal, sublime states of the depicted. The young man is encircled by pure and clear shining. He retains his shape, though the light is flowing through his glowing skin, wrapping the body in the nebular cloud. This particular effect with no any bold or explicit outlines sends us to the depth of his mentality, to the state of meditation. This state is Acceptance of Being. The painting is inspired by "Across the Universe" movie. The "Strawberry Fields Forever" scene helped the author to feel the whole drama of the event when the Art begins to reflect and to express the unspoken and most sincere feelings deep within.
