'hydropolitics' in which water and humans become the actors is an image of a formless future, and as beings who have perfect thinking, humans should be able to work together to form 'hydropolitic' values ​​and forms that are optimistic, humane, moral, fair and make water as "eternal partner" in the lives of all humans on earth. don't act silly, reckless and speculative like Russian roulette.
