The city theme is one of my favorites. I study the perspectives to find the right one for my painting. Panoramas, aerial views or extreme perspectives from the road. I paint 'my cities' as if they were abstract paintings. A game of whites and blacks, full and empty that moving away from the canvas create the image. It is the theme that gives me the most satisfaction, the most difficult to achieve but the most beautiful to paint with my recognizable style. Original multimaterial painting on canvas or wood. All paintings are ready to hang up on the wall. Wooden crate for transportation for each painting on size. Pre-packed in bubble oilcloth for extra protection. An authenticity certificate is attached.

ANDREA GNOCCHI is the third generation of a family of painters. Born in 1975, in Gallarate, in the province of Varese, he began his artistic training within the walls of his father's art studio, where, from his childhood, he found himself immersed in a world of colour. He then attended a Fine Arts College and later The Academy of Belle Arti di Brera, Milan. After graduating from the Academy of Belle Arti, and after a variety of experiences within painted wall murals and advertising fields, he realized that painting was his true path. He thus started researching different media and painting techniques, whilst approaching modern art without however, forgetting studies carried out by the Old Masters. Throughout his journey he tackled various different themes, commencing from a study of industrial suburbs, where he began being recognized for his icons, examining, in “Pop Art” style, the world of Motor Art But it is through his perspective research Through glimpses of the city that he managed to express his art to its best, thus succeeding in reaching the unique pictorial style that distinguishes him today. In recent years he has also found himself taking on themes such as sport and cinema. His search for continuous stimulation and his pictorial identification, lead him to extend himself by creating cycles of different subjects. Since 2001 he has become a professional artist. He began collaborating with various art dealers who spread his works through exhibition channels. He then moved on to be represented, by both national and international art galleries, in a crescendo of both quality and importance.
