Scenario in France Painting

Jeff Koons has a new app that lets you drop his sculptures into any photo. I saw an example in the New York Times - a Koons rabbit next to the Eiffel Tower. The underpainting is Black Dog Salvage Ultra Matte Furniture Paint in Caution Orange, which you can see peeping through. The white and dark gray/black are chalked furniture paint. This gives a dry, plaster like surface and lots of good textures, which you can see in the detail photos. This style echoes Matisse's "View of Notre Dame" and Brice Marden's Cold Mountain drawings and paintings.
