About The Artwork
I am an American Nature Painter. With an island studio on Oceanside on Key Biscayne, Fl, seashells, skulls, and other such common items have become the subject of much of my works. Currently in my NJ studio as an artist in residence at Nashville North Studios, my paintings are now of flowers and landscapes with a concentration on the joy that nature can bring. I feel that this connection or reconnection will help to heal those who view my works.

I was born in the USA. At the age of four my family relocated to our farm near Gettysburg, Pa. Here, I began my art. "Every journey begins with a first step."My acrylic and oil paintings on canvas are tied to our abundant nature. They reflect the saturation of color and brilliant light, found in our coastal communities of New Jersey and Florida, as well as New Mexico and Hawaii. The main objective of my work is to fill a space in a beautiful way using subjects that are readily available, yet sometimes over looked.
