Serie windows # 3 Painting

The series titled Windows was born amidst the confinement that we have been experiencing recently. A series in which at first impression seems to be abstract, can rapidly be discovered that within the art lie fragments of buildings. Although they are paintings which are traditional and done with materials like pastels and acrylics, this series was created using some painting methods that are performed in places like the Manufacturers of molds for boats. In these factories, when spraying the molds, they preserve the zones which should not be painted with plastic and tapes, the same procedure is followed when creating lines. Though these techniques are also used in art, they are more prominent in industrial painting. However, with this method there is no type of reproduction because each boat mold that is introduced to the spray room, must be prepared and taped manually and independently. This is a new challenge that has motivated me to develop this series which mixes painting and drawing iconographies from series prior.
