Then she met a palette knife and today uses only him in her work. Elena likes contrasts of textures and colors, spontaneous strokes, complex shades that can be obtained using a palette knife. The artist mixes paints directly on the canvas, helping himself with his fingers. Her paintings are born by themselves and it is very similar to a miracle. Elena: “For me, creativity is a way to complement visible reality with scraps of dreams, elusive sensations, illusions and fantasies that visit me. With the help of painting, I am trying to find a way to harmonize the visible world that surrounds me, and the invisible that lives inside me manifests itself as a mental pain, spontaneous images, aspirations and sensations. ”
