Oil on canvas, ready to hang, framing is not required, the painted image extended around all sides, signed and dated by me. A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies this original artwork. I use all professional packing materials to make sure your artwork gets to you safely wherever in the world you may live. In a moment frozen in time, the sublime power and elegance of the ocean are captured in a breathtaking tableau. The picture reveals a wave in the midst of its graceful descent, a translucent veil of water seemingly suspended in midair. Within its ethereal depths, light breaks through with a luminous radiance, illuminating the wave in a mesmerizing dance of color and brilliance. As the wave surrenders to gravity's embrace, it embodies a harmonious fusion of strength and grace. Its translucent form appears delicate, yet within its heart beats the relentless energy of the sea. The interplay of water and light creates a spectacle that is both serene and dynamic, a fleeting moment of perfection within the eternal rhythm of the tides. The light piercing through the wave creates an enchanting mosaic of colors as if the ocean itself is a canvas painted by the sun. The play of shadows and luminosity adds depth and texture to the wave's form, transforming it into a living work of art. The surrounding sea appears to hold its breath, entranced by the unfolding spectacle of nature's beauty. And now, a few lines from the poem "Sea Fever" by John Masefield, capturing the allure and allure and magnetic pull of the ocean: "I must down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky, And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by." In these verses, John Masefield's words resonate with the magnetic allure of the ocean, much like the captivating wave in the picture. Just as Masefield's poetry invokes the irresistible call of the sea, the image of the falling wave evokes a sense of yearning for the boundless mysteries and wonders of the ocean's depths.

Valentyna Rybkina was born in 1977. After graduating from National University with a Master's in Politology and Sociology, she started to oil paint in 2013 as a self-taught artist influenced by great artists like Aivazovsky. She invites you to remember with her paintings the sunny and happy places you may have visited or plan to visit again, to see how beautiful nature is. She hopes you can look at the colors of her painting, enjoy them, relax, and forget about your problems. Life is good ;) She is especially interested in oil landscapes (ocean and seascape) and has always been passionate about flowers - these are the main thematic focus of all her works.
