ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work inspiration has roots in Florida's rich flora and waterways that creates unique textures. The work is build up of oil washes on gessoed treated 300lb weight cotton paper. It is my vision that the viewer be transported to another dimension that is full of play and meditation. I felt that oil washes and ink stains lends themselves to an investigate appearance to the work. This work has been acquired by a collector in the San Francisco area.
