Inspiration comes from observing the graceful rhythms of line, shape and form. I try to work ‘collaboratively’ with my medium and materials to express their natural characteristics. This attitude induces a calm and clear mind. Eastern philosophy has been the guiding influence in my work. Biography Lean Im started her career as a teacher of English in Singapore.
