STABBED CANVAS 4-handed work. Canvas stabbed. I was inspired by the works of Lucio Fontana and Germano Sartelli. I found the gesture of cutting the canvas beautiful. In these works the emotional element of anger is inserted as a propulsion for the artistic gesture. WHAT I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS PAINTING IS THAT STABING A CANVAS FREES A LOT OF ENERGY. LIKE A LIGHT SPREADS INSIDE ME. A LIBERATION. ANGER IS A DIFFICULT FEELING FOR ME TO MANAGE. DIFFICULT TO EVEN RECOGNIZE. BUT WHEN HE TRIES TO EXIT, IF NOT MANAGED, IT IS CHAOS. BUT NOW I AM AN ADULT. AND I HAVE LEARNED TO CHANNEL EMOTIONS ONTO THE CANVAS.
