I like word play and I really enjoy titling my artwork. This work is about a literal storm front. About a year ago, a tornado came through my hometown and it hit my house. Luckily my house was spared an major damage, but I was in the basement as it came through and it was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. Along with all of the issues/opportunities that came with the tornado, a lot of people experienced emotional upheaval. I did as well to a small extent. There's definitely anxiety when a storm comes rolling through now, for sure! Anyway...this painting is about the literal and emotional storm that came through my home town. This painting is abstract expressionist - my emotions guide what I paint. This painting is 18"x24"x.5" and is heavy body acrylics on canvas. I really appreciate you viewing my art!
