ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The painting is inspired by a photograph of a stormy sea. The colours of the huge wave in the center are prussian blue, black and turquoise. I applied the acrylic in thick strokes to create the texture of the roug waters. The painting size is A3 and the paper I used is acra-oil which has a canvas-like texture.
