About The Artwork
The larger Pacific striped octopus was the inspiration for this painting along with the painting titled "Larger Pacific Striped Octopus" by Arwen Edsall. What I hope the viewers will think about are the astounding colors and patterns that can occur naturally. I went a little outside my realm and didn't put this animal in its natural setting. I chose this medium because I wanted to use fun and bright colors for this painting. I wanted to change it up from my normal painting styles.
