Subdued Thoughts Painting

My name is Vika, I was born and raised in a small town in Belarus. I now live in San Francisco and have come to fondly regard it as my home away from home. The move from Europe to here has given me an opportunity to explore the vast beauty of our world. All of the changes I've experience throughout my life are incorporated into the emotion I paint with. Painting has and will always be the biggest part of life. It continues to be the most consistently gratifying activity I engage in and, above all else in my life, I derive the greatest joy from using my hands to create the beautiful images that fill my head.
