I was inspired by the charm and character of cacti in the rugged landscape of the Arizona desert. Succulents are such underrated beauties. I hope to convey warmth and feeling with this piece; the color and texture create a light, happy mood. I love the variety of texture that different media can create. I have used watercolor, pencil, and acrylic.
