About The Artwork
Part of the smaller series The reason I chose the title for this piece is for its relaxing ambiance . It reminds me of a light house with all the green surrounding the figure which is very calmly position in the center of the painting in a chair. The moon shines above brightly in the sky as a bonus to a relaxing summer night. I created this piece using oil around when i started painting. I didn't know the difference between oil and acrylic as far as texture wise. So i told myself i would paint a picture strictly in oil to see and this was the result. My inspiration in creating this piece was strictly from just allowing to paint without thought or plan. pure instinct. This comes in a black frame.
