“The Ponte Alexander III bridge”. My first trip to Paris I fell in love with this beautiful bridge. Decorated with ornate gold statues on each corner. Located in Paris, France, the most famous ornate bridge in the world. The Eiffel Tower seen in the background. This bridge crosses over the Seine river and leads to the Hotel Invalides. The Pont Alexandre III is Paris's most elegant, grandiose, and sumptuous bridge: one of the most beautiful river crossings in the world. This ornate, Beaux-Arts-style bridge was built to commemorate the signing of the Franco-Russian Alliance of 1892—is a major thoroughfare, and tourist photo-op, connecting the Left and Right Banks of Paris.
