Sunset Sounds Painting

Lisbon, PORTUGAL, June 1979 I have a passion for art since I remmember, Ive always painted and tried everything I could get my hands on when I was a kid, from crayons to smashed flowers. So for me, painting is as natural as breathing. At a more academic level, I see art as an illustration of the History of Humanity, from the landscapes to emotions, from the evolution of societies to the collective imagery.

I'm a self-taught artist. I've done some oil painting and drawing workshops, but I never took painting seriously enough until two years ago. It's still a hobby, but maybe one day I'll do it full time. Until then, I work as a a creative copywriter in an advertising agency (EuroRSCG Lisboa). I'm inspired by the modern life, by music, by pop art and beauty.
