About The Artwork
Sweets for the Sweets is a painting showing a sugar bowl. A little 5″x7″ acrylic painting the sugar bowl was my Mother-in-law Evelyn’s. I was thinking of her one day and how sweet she was to everyone and decided to paint it. Evelyn was from West Virginia and her language was always proper and pleasing. Our current language is different today. Not that one way is better than another it is just different and I loved the way she expressed herself.
