In Greek Τερψιχόρη, "She who delights in dance", is the muse of dance, of Poetry-Light proper to accompany in dance the chorus of dancers and is also considered one of the most beautiful daughters of Zeus. The painting represents three girls waiting impatiently before going on stage. There is intrigue among them. The work is created using the technique of oil on jute with a grease base from an ancient Sevillian recipe. All pigments and oils are of high quality.
