France
Sabine Danzé is a French-born multi-media artist, painter, performer, street artist, and digital artist, exhibiting and performing worldwide. She performs frequently performs in public, working with DJ's. Music is a key component in her process, whether in public or at her studio, working in a trance, the rhythms feeding her motions. She recently participated in "Le Mausolée", a very private "temple" of street art, an abandoned and walled up supermarket, where the most famous Parisian and European street-artists go to create a unique place for underground culture. Not a woman nor a man, Sabine Danzé embodies only art. No matter who holds the brushes, no matter who sprays the colors, the characters stand alone in a reality which transcends the imaginary. They're born from the energy of music. The beat warms the blood and the rhythm colors the flesh. The dance sets their bodies free and the artist is able to capture all of this cacophony at just the right moment: when they are high on electric sounds. The oils, acrylics and inks immortalize them in their frenzy. They might be staring, they might be dancing ... what they are doing however, is always letting themselves go to the liberating moment. We feel their frantic movements through the wild dripped inks. The artist's dexterity contorts in stressed lines of lead mine. The work's delicacy distinguishes itself through the deepness of the layers, the energetic overlapping of colors and techniques.
