About The Artwork
My Royal Abstract Series are a minimalist interpretation of an image, face, animal or something in my imagination totally reduced to my personal way of seeing and feeling that object. I choosed the Name ROYAL Abstract because of the minimal color pallet which has such an magical respond to the viewer. The Background is a calming ivory white. The skeleton that's how I call the first 2 elements are always in a special highly pigmented handmade Acrylic Gold and Ultramarine Blue. The next layer or element is the Blood Red or Emerald Green. Which is applicated with a splash technique to symbolize the soul, the feeling, the untouchable and transport the soul of the painting to the viewer. This Blood Red or Emerald Green has also an important function in exploring this painting. It works as entry Door to the soul of the whole painting. The last element it's the glossy Black which is applicated in a special pouring technique and symbolizes the visual part of everything.
