Hi, welcome to my profile. I am a self taught artist from Pakistan. I am a landscape and a semi-abstract artist. I paint to describe emotions, human struggles & societal issues building a connection between art and life. My semi abstract art tells a story, depicts life, & allows the viewer to experience fragilities, powers & temporalities of ourselves & our surroundings. My art has both representational & non representational styles. I paint landscapes both in realistic and abstract forms. My realistic landscapes are the artwork that i paint from the references i take myself by traveling or i imagine (day dream) then i search relevant references from the social media and recreate my imagination on my canvas. I also take refrences from professional photographers for my landscape paintings. However, my semi abstract artwork has a story to tell, a meaning, a narration where i symbolically represent life, emotions and human's conscious & subconscious state of minds. I enjoy doing both realistic & abstract art as both allows me to freely express myself & the complexities of life in my own unique artistic style. I have also done floral art and still life. I have a tendency to paint any of these depending on my inclination. I capture the emmaculate beauty of nature on my canvas giving my blank canvas a life filled with vibrancy of hope and optimism. I tend to use bright colors as for me it reflects richness of hue making my art therapeutic for the viewer to escape the daily stresses for the short span of moment and feel the magical beauty of the artwork.
