"The Book Of Life" depicts a point of reflection in a young woman’s life, when she, while waiting for a miracle, sees in the shadow the full story of her life and has a limited time to review it, accept it and make changes. Я бегу по пути безлунному И ищу лица, сердцу милые, И кричу на весь мир, безумная: “Боже, выдержки дай и силы мне!” Жизнь моя- проходная комната: Люди входят, выходят без устали, Помолчат, улыбнуться томно так, Но исчезнут... И снова пусто в ней. Слишком холодно в этом городе. Гром и молния в гости просятся. Далеко те, кто мне так дороги, Да и время то не воротится. (C) 2001 TRANSLATED POETRY (ENGLISH): It's cold again in this city And fate rolls in downward gliding. Where are you my dear citizens? Why is your tenderness hiding? I hurry on the moonless walk, Searching for the hearts of beloved faces, Screaming fervently to the whole world: “God, give me endurance and strength!” My life is a transit space: People come in and leave without rest, They stay silent and smile with frail grace, But dissolve ... And again it’s an empty nest. It is too cold in this city. Thunder and lightning plead for an invitation. Far away are those, so dear to me, And the time doesn’t move in backward rotation.
