The Colours of Hydra, Greece Painting

Hydra is a unique, beautiful island in Greece. It has been my second home since 1986. I cannot get there now, because of COVID-19, so have turned to painting memories, impressions, of Hydra. This is a harbour scene with the iconic clocktower, the old caiques on the water against a backdrop of the yellow ochre and sienna red buildings on the port and the tiers of white-washed buildings covering the hills. This painting is framed in a floating natural pine wooden frame., also called a "box" frame. You can paint or stain the wooden frame any colour you like, to suit your interiors. It is signed on the reverse. I can sign it on the front (lower right) if you request. Protected by a matt varnish.
