About The Artwork
I was inspired to create this painting after riding in the woods on my mountain bike. I always have a crow that follows me through the trees when we hit the same path it is like it waits there to play with me. I would like you to feel the nature and beauty of both the crow and the woodland I have experienced. I chose to draw the image first in pen directly on the canvas. I then used washes of Acrylic paints to build colour into the painting but not destroy the drawn elements.
