About The Artwork
I am interested in the interplay between men and women. After being at a social event, I noticed those who were watching the dancers. In this case, a stranger had asked the lady to dance and she was swept away in every sense from her husband, who in this picture watches carefully. She never looked his way and clearly was having a potentially life-changing moment. There can be a lot going on in ones life but when an extraordinary moment happens, the clutter vanishes.
