• To create "The Dog Quartet", this is what I had in mind when I colored the 4 dogs yellow against a background of black, with a green circle in the middle: First, I wanted to see how the 4 dogs in bright yellow would look against the green circle, which is supposed to be an image of a green apple. • Even though the abstract may look like the map of the world, I actually drew dogs in the abstract, where I showed 2 of them in the middle, looking as if they want to lick the 2 big dogs shown separately on the far left and far right of the canvas. • And here's why I had put an apple in the middle. Like the "Adam and Eve" fantasy, where Eve tried to seduce Adam with an apple, putting an apple in the abstract was meant to captivate and drive the 4 dogs to go after the apple, and start to eat it together like a family having dinner. • Hopefully, the dogs will go after the apple, and will stop doing whatever they're doing - which looks like they're doing some hot romance. Dogs are dogs. But I'm unsure if they will really go after the apple. What do you think? • Question: If you put yourself in the dogs's shoes, which of these 2 things would you do: (1) Go after the apple; or (2) Continue to cavort? • Without knowing you, I don't know what you'll do. Fyi, I also don't know. Why? First, I can't put myself in the dogs' shoes because I don't see them wearing any. Second, even if they're wearing some, I am sure their shoes won't fit my feet. I'm size 15 1/2. Third, to go after the apple is a nono, because I prefer red ones. Fourth, unlike the dogs, I can't do what they're doing because it's so bright out there. Isn't it true we only like to do "it" when the lights are out, and as long as "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" is playing? And we'll only do it when we are blind, right? Yes, I said blind! Would you believe that being blind is really the best you can be? Why? Just look at Stevie Wonder. Why do you think he is always smiling? Because being blind, you don't have to wonder about things like trying to know - for example - what is pretty or ugly in the things we buy, own, keep, discard, or bring with us when we go to heaven. • So now, if you yourself have a choice, would you rather be: blind, or unblind? In case that would take you time to figure out, my advice to you is stay being unblind because that's the only way you can see the beauty of my work - "The Dog Quartet". Wanna buy it now? I don't mean to push you, but if there's one thing you want to do now just like the dogs, go ahead, and turn off the lights. I hope you're not by yourself. Otherwise, you're better off just closing your eyes. Tomorrow is another day. • P.S.: My accountant just confirmed early today that tomorrow will be the day after today, and will also be 1 day after yesterday. Do you think I should call The Donald to fire him?
