Gradually, they dye the earth red and begin to wither away. It's almost like our lives.Written above them in neutral Hebrew is the word 'Word.'The meaning is, "The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever." This artwork involves collecting various fallen leaves from yards and parks, then using acrylic paint to create a stencil, repeating the process dozens to hundreds of times to produce a layered background. Subsequently, meaningful and symbolic symbols are drawn on top in monochrome.I approach the artwork with a prayerful heart, continually praying for how the painting will unfold.
