About The Artwork

The painting was inspired by my daughter. I have a child who knows how sensitive she is And in the environment in which I am most of the time Religion is all around me I walk around a lot in the Old City of Jerusalem I see people coming to receive a miracle from Heaven Come to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher On their faces there is a yearning for a miracle, a longing for a miracle. Their looks are tender and fearful and expectant. I am very influenced by religious paintings I also see my daughter as a holy God, her shining beauty enlightens everyone around her The name I gave her reflects the light in the Hebrew language TAIR means illuminating.
