‘The Nightnurse 1916’ Painting

I was looking at photos of nurses dealing with the aftermath of the First World War. When looking at old photos, I often wonder how they would look if modern technology had been used. Since this painting, the Australian director Peter Jackson has done just that by colourising and stabilising old film footage to remarkable effect. My small effort was to convert into the style and format of a Polaroid photo.
