The painter of "winter"... Painting

My name is Bilibok Arnold Loránd. I'm a self-taught visual artist and i'm currently living and working in Transylvania, Romania. My paintings are usually done with pastels, acrylics and oils. I also work on canvas and cardboard. About me it is worth knowing that my works usually deal with dark subjects. I like to paint people and portraits and convey the human spirit in my work. It's not happiness that comes out of my paintings in general but sadness, depression and similar negative things that are in every human being but they can't talk about it. I consider my best work to be my series of paintings called Dark Faces, because in these 5 paintings I was able to best express what I feel to the viewer. My works are not cheap but true art collectors know that they will be even more valuable later than they are today. I'm also proud to say that I've been able to sell 70-80% of my work and only a few of my works are currently waiting to be sold. I have sold most of my paintings in Romania, but I have sold some in Hungary, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, one in England and one in America, which I am very proud of. I have already achieved my first goal and that was to sell my work and my next goal is to show myself in my work and make a full living from art. One more thing I would like to say about myself is that my greatest supporter in painting was my beautiful girlfriend and my mother, who unfortunately passed away on 16 September 2022 from cancer. Because of her and the feeling of missing her I painted quite often in dark subjects and I would like to prove to her that it was not by chance that she believed in me all through her short life...
