I observe in my surroundings that which transports me elsewhere. This most recent work is a collection of things intimately felt, displayed as if in a museum…gathered memories of the past that help me to recollect or to forget…a sort of game to foresee the future. The retrospections in my museum are things left upon a table…the table of memory, like a snapshot that immortalizes, an enigma, a frozen image inhabited by ants, the symbol of hard work and relentless energy, planning with patience.
