About The Artwork
This biblical title (Psalms 124) was created during the first lockdown in Israel, not meant as a comment on Covid, but everyone saw it as such and this interpretation is welcome. The broken glass is featured in previous artworks of mine. It is both a warning and portrayal of decay and neglect, and an opportunity to see things differently. Done with engraving tools scratched onto plywood covered with oil paint. Not turned into a print, the work is unique.
